Anonymous: In your opinion would it be possible to just move to Orlando and get a job with Disney and live there without doing the DCP first or anything like that? Also can you apply for seasonal without having ever worked at the parks first? And how long exactly is seasonal? Thanks!!
Yes for sure! I think you have to be hired part time/full time before you drop to seasonal though. Seasonal is as long as you want it to be for a job itself, you just need to work 150 hours each work year to keep your status.
