The Phone Interview!
My phone interview was January 28th, 2011 at 9:45am. I was incredibly nervous before, but as soon as it started, I was fine! The woman interveiwing me was incredibly nice and very helpful. We talked about:
If I would accept the Disney CM appearance rules
Why I applied to the program
Which roles I would accept
Why I am qualified/would be good for the roles I chose
What previous experience...

The Disney College Program: The Magic Behind This...
I have wanted to apply to the Disney College program since I danced at Disney World in the seventh grade, so when my sister called me and said we should both apply for the fall 2011 program, I agreed immediately.
The application came out in January and we went to work. The application went something like this:
Basic info (name, school, major, etc.)
